Return Terms
Return & Replacement Policy
Eligibility for Return/Replacement:
Returns or replacements are accepted only for products or services that are damaged, defective, or not as per the agreed specifications.
Custom-made items, personalized gifts, or branded materials are non-returnable unless they are defective or incorrectly delivered.
Return Request:
Clients must notify Retail Scape of any issues within 7 days of delivery.
Requests should be sent via email or official communication channel with proof (photos, description) of the issue.
Inspection & Approval:
Retail Scape will inspect the returned item or review the service issue before approving a replacement or refund.
Approval or rejection will be communicated within 3 working days.
Replacement / Refund:
Approved items will be replaced at no additional cost.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the original payment method within 10 working days.
Shipping Costs:
Returns due to defects or errors by Retail Scape will have shipping costs covered by us.
Returns due to client preference or change of mind will be subject to client covering shipping costs, if applicable.
Limitations:
Retail Scape is not responsible for damages incurred during return shipping unless directly arranged by us.
Items must be returned in their original packaging wherever possible.
