Payment Terms

  1. Advance Payment:
    A minimum of 50% advance is required before commencement of any project or service. Work will begin only after receiving the advance.

  2. Milestone Payments:
    For large projects, payments may be divided into milestones as agreed in the project contract. Each milestone payment must be cleared before proceeding to the next phase.

  3. Final Payment:
    The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion and before final delivery of designs, products, or services.

  4. Late Payments:
    Payments not received by the due date may incur a late fee or suspension of services until cleared.

  5. Payment Methods:
    Payments can be made via bank transfer, bKash, Nagad, or any other agreed mode. Receipts will be provided upon successful payment.

  6. Refunds & Cancellations:

  • Advance payments are non-refundable once the project has started.

  • Partial refunds may be considered only if cancellation occurs before work commencement and with mutual agreement.

  1. Taxes & Charges:
    All applicable taxes, duties, or charges are the responsibility of the client unless explicitly stated otherwise.
