Return & Replacement Policy

  1. Eligibility for Return/Replacement:

  • Returns or replacements are accepted only for products or services that are damaged, defective, or not as per the agreed specifications.

  • Custom-made items, personalized gifts, or branded materials are non-returnable unless they are defective or incorrectly delivered.

  1. Return Request:

  • Clients must notify Retail Scape of any issues within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requests should be sent via email or official communication channel with proof (photos, description) of the issue.

  1. Inspection & Approval:

  • Retail Scape will inspect the returned item or review the service issue before approving a replacement or refund.

  • Approval or rejection will be communicated within 3 working days.

  1. Replacement / Refund:

  • Approved items will be replaced at no additional cost.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed via the original payment method within 10 working days.

  1. Shipping Costs:

  • Returns due to defects or errors by Retail Scape will have shipping costs covered by us.

  • Returns due to client preference or change of mind will be subject to client covering shipping costs, if applicable.

  1. Limitations:

  • Retail Scape is not responsible for damages incurred during return shipping unless directly arranged by us.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging wherever possible.
