5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, materials, and approvals in a timely manner to allow Retail Scape to deliver services effectively. Any delays caused by the client may affect project timelines.

6. Limitation of Liability
Retail Scape is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific services.

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the course of the project. This obligation continues even after completion of the services.

8. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be settled, and intellectual property rights will remain protected.

9. Changes to Terms
Retail Scape reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes will be resolved under its jurisdiction.
